The location was perfect, with easy access to the amusement parks and nearby shopping areas. The spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and delicious breakfast made our mornings hassle-free and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. it was a wonderful experience for our large family.

My wife says that a designated pet-friendly area would have been beneficial for families with allergies like ours.

The hotel was tidy and included pool. In overall the room was brand-new and with kitchen and a nice sized sink for dishes and fresh towels provided.

The variety of room options, from Studio Queen Rooms to Two-Bedroom Suites, offered a wide selection to accommodate different group sizes. The inclusion of a decent kitchen was a great addition, allowing for flexibility in meal preparation, and the daily housekeeping service ensured a comfortable and tidy environment throughout our stay.

One minor issue was the unexpected parking fees that were not clearly included in the total price at the time of reservation.

During my business trip to Orlando, my director chose Residence Inn for our stay, and I was impressed by the amenities. The huge outdoor swimming pool with fountain features and whirlpool hot tub was at the heart of the property, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, the fitness center provided a great opportunity to stay active with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. Guests could take advantage of recreational opportunities including the outdoor pool, spa tub, and 24-hour fitness center, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

The room at this hotel was absolutely incredible! It had so much space, even for just three of us. I can only imagine how comfortable it would be for a group of six. And the fact that there were two bathrooms in the room was a game-changer. Everything was spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. The suite with two rooms is definitely the way to go, especially if you have kids. The kitchen was amazing - it had all the amenities you could possibly need. You could even cook a feast like Thanksgiving dinner in there, just bring your own food! The breakfast was good - not mind-blowing, but it was hot and satisfying. I just wished there were a little more variety, like meats, potatoes, grits, and different types of bread. But let me tell you about the coffee - it was the best hotel coffee I've ever had! It was strong and not weak at all, just the way I like it. The only thing I would suggest is to add real cream instead of those little creamers. this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool area was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free shuttles to Sea World and Universal were a huge bonus. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Orlando.

The complimentary buffet breakfast with hot and cold items was a great start to my days, and the outdoor features like the sports court and barbecue grills added extra fun to my stay.
